In this retreat, Sri Vasudeva goes deeper into his personal practice tapping into the magic of prana. Imagine that every breath can become an energetic experience creating more harmony in and around us. To be here, in the presence of Guruji, is conducive to the full experience of this energetic gift.
What is it about?
- Understanding the subtle breath and its extensive energy pathways
- Deepening the experience of prāṇa with the energy awareness of the chakras
- Practices that align movement, breath and mind
This program is created for those who wish to advance their knowledge of prāṇa and feel pulled by a desire to master prāṇa.
It is intended for the advanced seeker who has experienced spiritual awakening and understands the fundamental principles of energy awareness.
Why this program?
Prana is present in everything we do. To gain an experience of prana can help us with healing, nutrition, rest, rejuvenation. It regulates every function in our body and can balance our mental and emotional being, helping us to release tension and stress.
In the first two weeks of December, we dedicate ourselves to connect with this life force energy. Together, we will be
- tapping into our natural energetic rhythms that flow through our being,
- building greater prana/energy awareness,
- aligning with our inner guide,
- tuning into intuitive guidance,
- bringing our being into perfect balance
Are you ready to feel harmonious within your being and truly develop a deeper sense of connection to the body’s sensitivities and needs?
Who is Sri Vasudeva?
Sri Vasudeva is a Master in the Kundalini Mahayoga tradition. One of the powerful advantages in working with him, is his ability to read your energy profile and offer specific guidance based on where you are.
For over 25 years he has been working with seekers across the world, teaching how to tap into and consciously channel energies from our spiritual centres into the body for healing and optimal well-being. His presence radiates an energy that offers every seeker a chance to ‘catch’ this experience, well beyond the words we hear or the person we see.
Sri Vasudeva, affectionately called Guruji, was initiated by Baba Muktananda in 1977 while undergoing teachers training in Siddha Yoga. Two years prior on his first visit to India, he was profoundly awakened by the energy in Baba Muktananda’s ashram, even though Baba was not physically there at that time.
He has been graced by tremendous energy experiences during an intense 40-day period in 1978 that completely and dramatically changed his entire life and purpose. He delights in teaching those who are ready and receptive, trusting fully that those who are meant to find him will do so in the perfect time.
